A. Believe me, Mina, I know the struggle! I have found an easy, gentle solution — Micellar Water. Add a little bit to a cotton pad and it gently removes eye makeup, even waterproof mascara. My favorite is the Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water.
